Full-time Sales Associate – Bicester Village

About the role

As part of the Retail team, you will join the Reiss store in Bicester Village on a permanent, full‑time basis. You will deliver exceptional customer service and support the management team in meeting sales and operational targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, tailored customer‑service experience.
• Provide in‑depth knowledge of the Reiss brand and its products.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members and management.
• Maintain visual standards throughout the store.
• Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador.

Required profile

• Passion for premium or luxury products.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing environment.
• Ability to see things through the customer’s eyes.
• Excellent customer‑service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Capability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail setting.
• Strong organisational and decision‑making abilities.
• Team‑player mindset with good written and verbal communication.
