About the role
This is a full‑time, temporary position supporting secondary school classrooms across the Wirral. You will work closely with teachers to help deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
Key responsibilities
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities.
- Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support for pupils as needed.
- Help maintain a positive, inclusive and well‑structured learning environment.
- Support students with a range of abilities and needs.
Required profile
- Experience working with young people, either in a school setting or through transferable roles.
- Enthusiastic, reliable and proactive attitude.
- Strong communication and behaviour‑support abilities.
- Commitment to making a real difference in education.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills are required for this role.
