Full‑Stack Software Developer – Equity Market Making

About the role

Marex is seeking an experienced technical lead and full‑stack software engineer to join the Equity Market Making and Trading platform team. You will work on modernising both on‑premise and cloud‑hosted applications that support front‑to‑back market‑making and trading processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive desktop (WPF) and web (React) applications for equity market making.
• Contribute to platform modernisation, ensuring security, scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with business technology and application support teams within an agile stream.
• Lead code reviews, enforce quality standards and deliver bug fixes and enhancements.
• Apply architectural and DevOps best practices to streamline deployment and operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a technical lead or senior full‑stack developer.
• Strong background in financial technology or capital‑markets software.
• Ability to work independently and guide a development team.
