Fullstack Software Engineer

About the role

Addepar is expanding its Investor Solutions team and is looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to help evolve Navigator, a quantitative liquidity risk projection tool that underpins its multi‑product ecosystem. The role offers the chance to work on a high‑impact financial platform used by thousands of firms worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners, designers, GTM teams, program managers and engineers to deliver client‑focused features.
• Design, develop, and ship new functionality for the Navigator application and related Addepar products.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies, especially in the financial domain.

Required profile

• Professional experience building web applications.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with its common libraries.
• Experience with Django or similar Python web frameworks.
• Understanding of HTTP, REST, and web API standards.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• Knowledge of React, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML and CSS.
• Ability to learn quickly and solve complex problems analytically.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
