About the role

Join the Kimpton Charlotte Square team as a full‑time Room Attendant, delivering pristine rooms and memorable experiences for guests in the heart of Edinburgh. You will work closely with the Front Office and housekeeping team to ensure every room meets the brand’s high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to a high standard, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a steady pace to ensure rooms are ready for guest check‑in.
• Greet guests courteously and communicate any room‑related information to the Front Office.
• Report maintenance issues and replenish room supplies as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently, meet time‑based targets and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a warm, authentic personality.
• Can‑do attitude with a strong commitment to service.
