About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic full‑time Sales Assistants to join our vibrant Glasgow store. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers enjoy a premium shopping experience while learning in‑depth product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
Provide expert product advice, suggest accessories and create complete looks.
Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing shop floor.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store targets and deliver excellent service.
Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
Resolve customer queries and ensure a memorable experience.
Participate in training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with trends and product details.

Required profile

Outgoing, approachable and confident when engaging with customers.
Organised, can‑do attitude with a passion for retail.
Flexible availability Monday‑Sunday, 37.5 hours per week.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
