About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Full‑Time Sales Assistants to join our store in Glasgow Fort. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers enjoy a premium shopping experience and representing our product range with confidence.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Provide expert product knowledge, suggest accessories and add‑ons, and help customers make the right choices.
- Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing shop floor.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store targets and deliver excellent team service.
- Handle transactions accurately and with a smile.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure every guest feels valued.
- Participate in ongoing training to deepen product expertise and stay up‑to‑date with trends.
Required profile
- Outgoing, friendly and approachable with a can‑do attitude.
- Organised, positive and comfortable initiating conversations with customers.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, Monday‑Sunday, 37.5 hours per week.
