Full‑time Sales Representative – Retail Store (Cheadle)

About the role

Join Levi Strauss & Co. as a Sales Representative in our Cheadle store, delivering the iconic Levi’s experience to customers. You will help shoppers find their perfect fit while representing a globally recognised fashion brand.

Key responsibilities

• Create genuine connections with customers and provide personalised 1:1 service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice to inspire confidence.
• Support store operations, including tills, fitting rooms and stock management.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets while keeping the environment welcoming.

Required profile

• Passion for helping people express themselves through style.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Energy, adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
