About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Medical Receptionist to join a leading healthcare organisation in the City of London. This full‑time temporary position involves being the first point of contact for patients and supporting the smooth operation of the clinic.
Key responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and manage the reception area.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using the clinic’s booking system.
- Answer patient enquiries in person and over the phone.
- Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry and handling correspondence.
- Maintain a tidy, organised front‑desk environment.
Required profile
- DBS check required.
- Previous reception or administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive, approachable personality with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a busy team.
