About the role

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Waiter/Waitress to join the front‑of‑house team at Remoli, a busy restaurant in Ealing Broadway, London. This full‑time position involves delivering a high standard of service to our guests throughout their dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and take food and drink orders accurately.
• Serve meals and beverages efficiently, ensuring correct presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organised dining area and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and other front‑of‑house team members.
• Handle payment transactions and process orders using the restaurant’s point‑of‑sale system.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliability, punctuality and a team‑player attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
