Fund Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Fund Accountant to join a high‑growth technology and consulting enterprise serving a high‑profile client portfolio. The position is office‑based in the North East of England and offers a fast‑moving environment where you will develop fund performance reporting, NAV valuation and pricing analysis skills.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse detailed fund performance reports.
• Calculate and validate asset valuations (NAV) on a regular basis.
• Conduct pricing data analysis and support related reporting.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects to improve processes and data quality.
• Collaborate with a small, high‑performing team to meet tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Graduated from a top university or business school with strong academic results.
• Experience in the financial services sector, either directly or through audit work.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
