Fund Accountant – Property

About the role

Join a leading real‑estate fund manager as a Fund Accountant responsible for end‑to‑end accounting across the business. You will own monthly reporting, performance analysis and NAV calculation for both commercial and residential asset classes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform fund accounting and calculate net asset value (NAV) for multiple funds.
• Report directly to the CFO and prepare monthly performance reports, including variance analysis and board presentations.
• Manage the year‑end close process, liaise with auditors and ensure timely audit completion.
• Prepare FCA compliance reports and support regulatory filings.

Required profile

• Qualified finance professional with a background in fund accounting or real‑estate finance.
• Experience in handling commercial and residential property assets.
• Motivation to take ownership of a newly created role and work closely with senior leadership.
