Fund Product Analyst – Global Funds Group

About the role

The Funds Group within Wellington Management’s Client Platform is expanding its global fund product team. This position will focus on the coordination, creation, and maintenance of regulatory documentation for WMF Global’s commingled funds, supporting a portfolio of over 70 funds across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end prospectus cycle for new fund launches and regulatory‑driven changes across Luxembourg, Ireland, Cayman, Singapore and China.
• Collaborate closely with the EMEA Funds Legal team, external counsel and regulators to obtain approvals.
• Maintain and continuously improve legal and regulatory documentation for a variety of fund structures and domiciles.
• Support the Fund Product team in fund development, change initiatives and ad‑hoc strategic projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal investment teams and subject‑matter experts on documentation matters.

Required profile

• Strong coordination and project‑management capabilities.
• Experience working with legal, compliance and investment teams in an asset‑management environment.
• Familiarity with fund structures (UCITS, AIFs) and cross‑border regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver documentation on tight timelines.
