Funding Manager – Treasury & Loan Operations

About the role

This immediate opening is for a Funding Manager within a specialist lending operation, based in North London. The role sits at the heart of Treasury Management, overseeing loan completion and the funding process on a six‑month contract that may convert to permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with senior funders on revolving credit lines and related facilities.
• Prepare monthly IPD documentation and respond to funder queries.
• Collaborate with underwriting, finance and servicing teams to monitor, forecast and report loan completions, capital availability and loan redemptions.
• Manage loan data tapes and ensure accurate entry into the company’s CRM system.
• Support audit preparation, monthly reporting and ad‑hoc administration projects.
• Assist the Investor Relations Manager with shareholder and investor management during absences.

Required profile

• Experience working within a lender or similar financial institution.
• Strong understanding of loan completion and funding processes.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholder relationships and meet tight deadlines.
