Fundraising Data Executive

About the role

The Fundraising Data Executive will support the fundraising team by managing supporter information, recording donations and ensuring data accuracy. Based in Central Bristol with hybrid working available, you will help the charity track vital contributions and make sure every supporter feels valued.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and reconcile donation data from multiple sources into the database.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of supporters, events and income.
• Produce monthly reports for the finance team to aid month‑end accounting.
• Assist projects aimed at improving systems and processes.
• Provide administrative support to fundraising colleagues and act as a key point of contact for database queries.
• Collaborate across teams to maximise efficiency and support fundraising initiatives.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, organised and motivated by making a difference.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidence in handling data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to manage your own workload.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using database systems for data entry and management.
• Ability to work with financial data and produce accurate reports.
