Join Tesla’s Future Talent Traineeship Programme in the UK, a 12‑month full‑time rotational experience designed for recent graduates or career changers. Key responsibilities

• Rotate through Front of House, Service, Parts, Delivery and Sales departments.
• Support daily operations, assist customers, and help with vehicle repairs and parts allocation.
• Participate in projects, meet targets and propose innovative ideas.
• Complete an elective rotation aligned with your potential future role.
• Engage in regular performance reviews and receive mentorship from industry professionals.

Required profile

• Recent graduate, early‑career professional or individual seeking a career change.
• Strong motivation, accountability for personal learning and development.
• Ability to work full‑time (5 days a week, including occasional weekends) on‑site at UK locations.
• Willingness to attend an in‑person group assessment day.
