FX Core Products EMEA Trade Services & Risk Product Manager (VP)

About the role

The FX Core Products EMEA Trade Services and Risk Product Manager will shape Citi's foreign exchange offering across the region. Reporting at VP level, you will own product vision, roadmap and delivery for FX trade processing, risk platforms and new cross‑border payment solutions, working closely with sales, trading, technology and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive a global product strategy for FX trade processing, risk management and e‑commerce solutions.
• Standardise business processes across 30+ EMEA markets and 65+ worldwide locations to improve efficiency and control.
• Collaborate with sales and traders to capture market trends and translate them into product enhancements.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of product initiatives, including detailed project plans, business requirements and stakeholder buy‑in.
• Manage dependencies, resources and timelines for multi‑country implementations, ensuring compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements.
• Champion the use of Generative AI to create innovative FX products that meet evolving client needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in FX product management or related roles within a large financial institution.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Hands‑on, techno‑functional mindset capable of understanding trading system data flows.
• Track record of delivering complex, multi‑jurisdictional projects on time and within budget.

• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts applied to financial products.
