FX Structurer – Director (London)

About the role

The UKEMEA FX Structuring and Solutions team at Citi is seeking a Director‑level FX Structurer to lead the design and delivery of innovative foreign‑exchange risk‑management solutions for corporate and investor clients across Western Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and analyse bespoke FX products, including options and complex derivatives, to meet client risk‑management objectives.
• Collaborate with FX Sales, Trading and Banking teams to originate and commercialise new solutions.
• Leverage quantitative tools and data insights to quantify FX exposure and propose hedging strategies.
• Drive client‑facing engagements, providing strategic advice and training to enhance sales capabilities.
• Support business origination efforts and contribute to revenue generation across the UKEMEA region.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or a related quantitative discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in FX risk management, structuring and solutions within a financial institution.
• Proven track record of client‑facing success and business origination.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
