About the role
We are seeking a motivated Gardener to join our client’s busy team in Harlow. The role involves working outdoors to create and maintain attractive parks, gardens and landscaped areas. This is a temporary full‑time position offering a competitive hourly rate.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare ground for planting and seeding using both mechanical and hand tools.
- Plant and maintain hedges, shrubs, perennials and other vegetation.
- Clear weeds and litter employing chemical and mechanical methods.
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe working order.
Required profile
- Practical gardening and horticultural experience.
- Ability to operate mechanical and hand tools confidently.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Certificates to use herbicides (PA1 & PA6).

What we offer
- £14.19 per hour.
- Monday‑Thursday 7:30 am‑3:30 pm, Friday 7:30 am‑1:15 pm.
- Temporary full‑time placement through Adecco.
