Gas Engineer – Exeter Area – £38,500 base, OTE £50k+

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Gas Engineer to join our team in the Exeter area. You will be responsible for keeping homes safe, warm and energy‑efficient by delivering annual gas safety checks and minor heating repairs while providing a friendly, professional service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform annual gas servicing and minor heating repairs in residential properties.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on every visit.
• Work safely and in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
• Plan and manage your own daily workload independently.
• Record all activities using a PDA or similar device.

Required profile

• ACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of gas safety regulations.
• Proactive and reliable attitude.
• Bonus: NVQ Level 2, LPG or Unvented qualifications.
