General Assignment Reporter – London

About the role

Law360, a LexisNexis company, is expanding its London bureau and seeks a General Assignment Reporter to produce daily wire‑length stories covering corporate litigation, as well as UK and European legislative, regulatory and enforcement actions.

Key responsibilities

• Write two to four news stories per day on corporate litigation and regulatory developments.
• Build and maintain sources, conduct interviews and develop beat expertise.
• Cover breaking news that impacts major London industries and observe live court proceedings.

Required profile

• Paid reporting experience with a proven track record of published stories.
• Strong reporting, writing and analytical skills, preferably in business or legal journalism.
• Experience working a specific beat and ability to develop source networks.
