About the role

Join a prestigious law firm’s General Liability Insurance team in Bristol, working on a diverse portfolio of personal injury claims and related regulatory matters. This position is ideal for a qualified Legal Executive or Solicitor (NQ+) seeking autonomy and the chance to shape client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage fast‑track, intermediate and multi‑track personal injury claims from inception to resolution.
• Provide legal advice on coverage issues and liaise with market‑leading liability insurers.
• Assist with health and safety investigations, prosecutions, inquests, and product regulation matters.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring confidentiality and high‑quality service.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and firm‑wide client projects where appropriate.

Required profile

• Qualified Legal Executive or Solicitor (NQ+) with experience handling defendant personal injury claims.
• Familiarity with fast‑track litigation and a solid understanding of legal procedures.
• Interest in product law and health & safety regulation.
• Ability to deliver commercial‑focused legal solutions and work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
