About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on General Manager to lead a fast‑paced, high‑volume quick service restaurant in London. The role offers autonomy to shape a growing site, balancing dine‑in and takeaway channels while maintaining a strong focus on standards and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at speed.
• Drive consistency in food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Manage a multi‑floor operation with meticulous attention to detail.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a high‑performing team.
• Control labour costs, overall site profitability and KPIs.
• Maintain rigorous food safety and compliance standards.
• Support kitchen operations with hands‑on involvement when needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume, fast‑paced QSR environments.
• Operational strength with a “lead from the front” mindset.
• Detail‑focused with exceptionally high personal standards.
• Comfortable managing both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house, including cooking/frying.
• Natural team player who builds strong, engaged teams.
• Commercially aware with strong grip on KPIs and cost control.
• Resilient, hands‑on and thrives under pressure.
