General Manager – High‑Volume Nightlife Bar

About the role

Lead the high‑energy Be At One bar on Russell Street, a 200‑seat venue in the heart of London’s West End. You will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining operational excellence in a fast‑paced, late‑night environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee overall business performance, including revenue, cost control, and profitability.
• Lead front‑of‑house and management teams during peak late‑night shifts.
• Develop and execute cocktail promotions, themed nights, and partnership initiatives.
• Maintain best‑in‑class service standards, atmosphere, and brand consistency.
• Analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven General Manager experience in high‑volume, late‑night bars or cocktail‑focused venues.
• Calm under pressure with strong organisational abilities.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding service and vibrant nightlife experiences.
