About the role
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of a popular restaurant in Headingley, Leeds. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on service delivery, ensuring guests receive exceptional experiences while the business grows profitably.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams.
- Deliver consistent, high‑quality guest experiences.
- Oversee all operational performance and compliance standards.
- Drive revenue, profitability and identify growth opportunities.
- Recruit, coach and retain talent across the venue.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a senior hospitality management role.
