About the role
We are seeking an ambitious General Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our high‑end centre in London. The role offers the autonomy of running a premium brand while being backed by an established company, providing a platform for long‑term career growth.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the luxury centre, ensuring a five‑star experience for tenants and visitors.
- Manage facilities services including maintenance, cleaning, security, contractors and health & safety compliance.
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance programmes and monitor supplier performance.
- Control budgets, drive cost efficiencies and report on financial performance.
- Serve as the primary contact for tenant and client enquiries, handling escalations professionally.
- Support front‑of‑house teams, deliver exceptional customer service and lead viewings alongside sales.
- Contribute to occupancy and revenue targets while maintaining high presentation standards.
Required profile
- Strong operational background in a luxury or hospitality‑focused environment.
- Proven ability to maintain five‑star service standards.
- Excellent organisational and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Confident stakeholder management and clear communication.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
- 3‑5 years of team leadership experience.
