About the Role

Are you a dynamic retail leader looking to scale your career? We are seeking a high-performing General Showroom Manager to oversee and develop design teams across the North East England region. This is a strategic leadership role designed to build high-performing teams across multiple locations, with a clear pathway to full showroom management responsibility.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with experienced General Managers and Assistant Managers to master the fundamentals of Wren Kitchens' operational excellence.
  • Drive sales performance to consistently meet and exceed annual showroom targets while maintaining industry-leading customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing design teams across your designated area.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety policies and procedures as outlined in the Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Prepare for full showroom ownership through intensive training and hands-on leadership.

  • Proven track record in high-value retail management (handling multi-million pound turnover environments).
  • Strong sales-driven mindset with a demonstrated history of achieving ambitious targets.
