Geo-Environmental Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Geo‑Environmental Engineer to join a leading global consultancy delivering high‑impact infrastructure and environmental projects across the UK and beyond. You will work on a variety of schemes, from urban redevelopments to critical infrastructure and defence programmes, gaining exposure to complex, high‑profile work.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and supervise ground investigations.
• Conduct site logging, monitoring and manage works on‑site.
• Interpret investigation data and produce high‑quality reports.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Influence design and risk decisions through technical input.

Required profile

• Degree in geology, engineering geology or environmental science.
• Experience in ground investigation, including logging, reporting and monitoring.
• Proactive “get‑stuck‑in” attitude with ambition to develop.
• Full UK driving licence (additional certifications such as CSCS, CAT & Genny, SSSTS are a plus but not essential).
