Geo‑environmental Engineer – Contaminated Land Projects

About the role

This full‑time position offers a Geo‑environmental Engineer the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of contaminated land projects for a South London/Kent ground engineering consultancy. You will develop your geotechnical expertise while balancing office analysis and on‑site investigations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site investigations and produce interpretive reports for contaminated land.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to review findings and support chartership progress.
• Manage project deliverables, ensuring client‑facing communication and timely completion.
• Balance office duties with field work, including site visits and data collection.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education in geology, geotechnical engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant industry experience in geotechnical or geo‑environmental consultancy or contracting.
• Full right to work permanently in the UK and a valid UK driving licence.
