An environmental consultancy with a team of experienced specialists is seeking a Geoenvironmental Engineer to join them on a range of projects across the North East. With nearly 20 years in business and an expanding team, the consultancy offers resources and support for career development.

Key responsibilities

• Phase 1 desktop studies
• Phase 2 investigations
• Factual and interpretive report preparation
• Client liaison
• Borehole logging
• Groundwater and gas monitoring
• Project management tasks

Required profile

• Degree in geology, engineering geology, civil engineering, geoscience, environmental science or related field
• Experience as a geoenvironmental, engineering geologist or geotechnical consultant, both on‑site and in‑office
• Clean, valid UK driving licence and ability to commute to Newcastle
• Full right to work in the UK
