About the role

We are seeking a Geospatial Software Technology Business Incubator to support early‑stage start‑ups and entrepreneurs developing innovative geospatial solutions. You will work from a central London office three days a week with two hybrid days, driving product development and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide training, brokering and financing services to start‑ups using modern geospatial technologies.
• Lead a high‑performing technical team to deliver research, innovation and product development programmes.
• Design and run practical experiments that generate insight and validate hypotheses.
• Collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders to translate ideas into market‑ready products.
• Monitor technology trends and emerging geospatial data opportunities.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience leading a high‑performing technical team.
• 2+ years experience supporting early‑stage start‑ups or incubator environments.
• Proven ability to lead innovation, research or technical development programmes.
• Comfortable interacting with technical and non‑technical teams.
• Product‑led and design‑thinking mindset with an understanding of geospatial data trends.
• Willingness to undertake a DBS check.
