About the role
We are seeking a motivated Geotechnical Site Engineer to join a specialist ground investigation team in Manchester. You will work on a variety of exciting projects, conducting site assessments and delivering accurate technical reports.
Key responsibilities
- Perform site walkovers and Phase 1 desk studies
- Collect soil and rock samples and log boreholes
- Prepare factual reports and borehole logs
- Train and mentor junior team members
Required profile
- Proven experience as a geotechnical, geo‑environmental engineer or engineering geologist
- Degree in applied geology, civil engineering, geoscience, environmental engineering, environmental science or a related field
- Resident of or able to commute to Manchester
- Full right to work in the UK
- Valid UK driving licence
