German Speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist (EMEA)

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruitment across the EMEA region for an international client. Based in London with a hybrid working model, you will partner with hiring managers to attract top talent in multiple European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview and shortlist high‑quality candidates for a range of roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Conduct competency‑based telephone and virtual interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the process.
• Utilise the applicant tracking system to record activity, produce offer letters and support pre‑employment steps.
• Monitor recruitment performance, provide reporting and contribute to employer‑branding initiatives.
• Develop relationships with universities, industry professionals and recruitment networks across Europe.
• Support cross‑border recruitment projects in Germany, France, Spain, Poland and other EMEA markets.

Required profile

• Fluent German (essential).
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or full‑cycle recruiting, preferably within European or international markets.
• Strong sourcing abilities and experience working with hiring managers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
