German/Dutch Speaking Parts Sales Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual German or Dutch speaking Parts Sales Advisor to join our automotive parts team in Brentwood. The role is full‑time and office‑based, supporting both trade and retail customers by providing accurate parts advice, processing orders and ensuring quick delivery to keep vehicles on the road.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate fluently in English and German or Dutch with customers, workshops and suppliers.
• Take orders, reserve parts, issue invoices and manage payments.
• Handle general after‑sales enquiries and provide estimates when required.
• Collaborate with the service department and maintain strong relationships with workshop staff.
• Prospect, acquire and retain accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Answer customer queries via phone, email and face‑to‑face.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock management.
• Conduct outbound calls, cold acquisition and promote special offers.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and German or Dutch.
• Strong interest in cars and the automotive sector.
• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor (desired).
• Sales experience (desired).
• Motivated, enthusiastic and able to work hard with a positive attitude.
