German‑Speaking Graduate Project Executive

About the role

This graduate/early‑career position is for a fluent German speaker who wants to develop a long‑term career in project and account management within an international FMCG environment. You will receive full training and support while working on client‑facing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Take project briefs from clients and ensure requirements are clearly understood.
• Communicate with German‑speaking clients in fluent German and English.
• Coordinate with clients, creative teams and internal departments to keep projects on track.
• Manage project timelines and follow detailed critical‑path processes.
• Monitor progress and ensure key deadlines and milestones are achieved.
• Review and analyse information to ensure accuracy and maintain detailed project records.
• Provide project, analytical and administrative support to the wider team.

Required profile

• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• A degree or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Ability to follow detailed processes and manage information accurately.
• Confidence communicating with clients and colleagues.
• Interest in developing a career in Project and Account Management.

What we offer

• Salary £27,000–£32,000 per year, dependent on experience.
• Hybrid working – 3 days in the Purley office, 2 days remote.
