German‑Speaking Recruitment Consultant – UK & EMEA Sales

About the role

We are seeking a German‑speaking Recruitment Consultant to support a global manufacturing organisation in hiring sales professionals across the UK and EMEA. The role is contract‑based (6 months) and operates in a remote/hybrid model, allowing you to collaborate with hiring managers throughout Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and recruit sales talent for multiple markets in the UK and EMEA.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Manage several vacancies simultaneously across different countries and business units.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews, assessments and oversee the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for German‑speaking and broader EMEA markets.
• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to advise stakeholders on hiring trends.

Required profile

• Fluent or business‑level German and English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in agency or in‑house recruitment, preferably within sales or commercial functions.
• Strong direct‑sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Experience recruiting across multiple European markets is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management, organisational and consultative skills.
