German‑Speaking Talent Acquisition Advisor – EMEA

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our growing EMEA recruitment team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple European markets, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for roles in Germany, Poland, Spain, France and other EMEA locations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and present high‑quality shortlists.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and produce recruitment reports.
• Support offer preparation, onboarding activities and occasional project work.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven recruitment experience in‑house or agency, preferably within an international environment.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities, able to handle multiple vacancies.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑cultural setting.
