Global Clinical Integration Lead

About the role

The Global Clinical Integration Lead will provide high‑impact strategic support and lead complex sub‑workstreams and programmes related to business development deals, scientific licensing and divestments. This six‑month contract role is hybrid, based in London, and requires close collaboration with Business Development, Clinical Operations and other Clinical Development functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sub‑workstreams and discrete programmes related to integration, divestment or partnership opportunities within Clinical Operations.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Operations Asset Lead to provide senior leadership visibility of integration priorities, risks and deal impacts.
• Develop and standardise processes, guidance and written standards for business development activities and post‑deal support.
• Set up and manage the Clinical Operations Integration & Separation Working Group, channeling cross‑functional input into the R&D Integration and Separation network.
• Act as subject‑matter expert on study‑level integration and separation, and support CAPA development for related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business discipline.
• Proven experience managing global clinical trials in a matrix environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and lead projects.
• Experience with written standard development, business development, or integration/separation activities.
• Strong multi‑functional collaboration skills across Clinical Operations and other development functions.

Required skills

• Knowledge of clinical trial processes.
• Experience managing vendors or external partners such as CROs.
• Familiarity with CAPA processes.
