Global Community Intern – Content Creator or Activation Track

About the role
Rednote is launching a Global Community Internship Programme in London, looking for culturally curious tastemakers to help grow its western platform. Interns will work as connectors, curators and activators within creative communities, either recruiting emerging creators or designing boutique events that showcase authentic content.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and recruit creators with unique points of view, building relationships through outreach and events.
- Support creator onboarding from first contact to first post.
- Conceive and execute boutique events such as pop‑ups, campus activations, creator dinners and salon‑style gatherings.
- Manage event logistics end‑to‑end, including venue sourcing, materials, run‑of‑show and on‑site coordination.
- Capture event outcomes (photos, feedback, sign‑ups) and feed insights back into growth loops.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with activation and other internal teams.
Required profile
- Persuasive communicator able to pitch ideas and win agreement.
- Established standing in a creative community; trusted for taste and outreach.
- Strong aesthetic sense, able to articulate visual intent.
- Native use of the Rednote platform and understanding of its content dynamics.
- Resourceful, self‑managing and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or postgraduate student in London.
