Global Demand Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Global Demand Planner to join a leading organisation and drive demand planning across multiple markets. You will work closely with sales, marketing, supply chain and finance to create a robust 18‑month rolling demand plan.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the monthly demand planning process supporting the Integrated Business Planning agenda.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver a global demand plan covering diverse products, channels and countries.
• Integrate demand plans with supply planning and coordinate regular demand review meetings.
• Challenge and validate inputs from sales and marketing, ensuring justified adjustments.
• Develop analytics, reports and innovative solutions to improve the planning process.
• Adapt processes for new product development, global expansion, tenders and new sectors.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to enhance demand planning and commercial performance.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in demand planning, preferably in a global context.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret large data sets.
• Positive, flexible attitude with a collaborative mindset.
• Effective presentation skills for senior management reporting.
