Global Marketing Lead

About the role

The Global Marketing Lead will shape and drive the company’s international marketing strategy, working from the Islington office with occasional travel to the North‑East. You will partner closely with commercial teams to ensure the brand is consistent, relevant and impactful across all markets.

Key responsibilities

• Evolve the global marketing approach and identify growth opportunities in new and existing markets.
• Guide and execute multi‑market campaigns, communications and international events.
• Shape exhibition activity to maximise commercial return and brand impact.
• Develop clear briefs and oversee delivery by the wider marketing team, including social media, events and design.
• Analyse insight and performance data to optimise marketing effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering marketing programmes across international B2B markets, with some B2C exposure.
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on, delivery‑focused mindset.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing global exhibitions.
