About the role
The Global Marketing Manager will lead the marketing, brand and communication strategy for the consumer products division, driving brand awareness and audience engagement across the EU. This 12‑month maternity cover role is based in Berkshire and offers hybrid working.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute EU‑wide marketing plans aligned with the company’s overall strategy.
- Identify market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to shape initiatives.
- Collaborate with local marketing teams to adapt campaigns for cultural relevance.
- Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Create and oversee marketing content such as brochures, newsletters, social media posts and website materials.
- Maintain the digital presence, including websites, social media channels and online advertising.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting performance and recommendations.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing communication strategies, preferably within the business services sector.
- Strong project‑management abilities with a track record of handling multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a solid understanding of brand consistency.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders across regional markets.
