About the role

Join a leading Global Mobility Tax team in London as a Senior Associate, providing expert advice on international assignments, tax residence, cross‑border moves and remote‑working arrangements. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, helping them navigate complex tax compliance and advisory matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of global mobility clients, delivering high‑quality compliance and advisory services.
• Advise on international assignments, tax residence, cross‑border moves, remote working arrangements, business travellers and tax equalisation.
• Strengthen new and existing client relationships and lead client engagements and projects.
• Review work completed by junior colleagues, providing support and coaching where required.
• Stay up‑to‑date with legislative changes and continuously seek business development opportunities.

Required profile

• Partly or fully qualified in ATT, CTA or ACA.
• Strong UK tax technical knowledge.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Keen interest in using technology, AI and data to improve client service.
