Global O2C Process Owner – Finance Transformation

About the role

Stanton House is partnering with a large international organisation to appoint a Global Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) Process Owner. This senior leadership position will shape a global finance operating model, driving consistency, control and performance across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver a global O2C process strategy aligned with the finance transformation roadmap.
• Drive standardisation, governance, efficiency and control performance across all regions.
• Own the global governance framework, ensuring compliance with finance policies, audit requirements and internal controls.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on simplification, automation and digital enablement.
• Manage the improvement roadmap in partnership with technology and transformation teams.
• Build strong relationships with global finance, technology, operations and outsourced service delivery stakeholders.

Required profile

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with senior finance and transformation experience.
• Deep understanding of end‑to‑end global O2C process design, governance and optimisation.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale transformation and standardisation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, audit frameworks, risk management and compliance.
• Experience influencing senior finance leaders, technology teams and outsourced partners.
• Demonstrated ability to lead global communities of process professionals.
