About the role
We are seeking an experienced Global Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations for an international business. This fully remote position will oversee payroll processing across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance while collaborating with HR, Finance and external providers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage payroll across multiple international locations.
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.
- Work with local payroll providers and internal teams.
- Maintain compliance with country‑specific tax and employment regulations.
- Review payroll reports, reconciliations, and journals.
- Support payroll projects and drive process improvements.
Required profile
- Experience managing international or multi‑country payroll.
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance.
- Proven ability to work with external payroll providers.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely in a fast‑paced environment.
