Global Quality Assistant Manager

About the role

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking an enthusiastic Global Quality Assistant Manager to join its Global Quality team in London. The role is responsible for managing product quality for makeup and skin‑care categories and ensuring the delivery of high‑performing, high‑quality products worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate quality activities for new product development (NPD) projects.
• Design and evaluate stability and compatibility studies and other relevant tests.
• Define defect range boards for finished goods and review/approve product specifications.
• Attend line trials, approve trial reports, and sign‑off development and mass‑production samples.
• Issue internal finished‑goods specifications and weekly Certificates of Analysis for international markets (e.g., India, Indonesia, US).
• Organise inbound inspections and documentation for global warehouses in line with AQL international standards.
• Monitor and evaluate testing results with external laboratories for new and existing products.
• Support colour‑matching and colour‑approval processes when required.
• Manage non‑conformities, corrective/preventive actions, and continuous‑improvement plans.
• Conduct quarterly reviews and prepare updates related to quality KPIs.

• Familiarity with international quality standards and documentation requirements.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
