Global Web Developer

About the role

LEAP is seeking a Global Web Developer to join its fast‑growing technology team in London. Working in a hybrid model, you will collaborate with regional marketers, developers and DevOps to maintain and enhance multiple web properties that support the company’s LegalTech solutions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise existing websites, ensuring performance and security compliance.
• Develop new features across several global sites using Vue.js and Nuxt.js.
• Use reporting and monitoring tools to analyse user experience and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with designers via Figma, regional teams and the Marketing Automation group to deliver accurate implementations.
• Contribute ideas for enhancing the digital experience and keep website documentation up to date.
• Work across time zones and occasionally outside regular hours to support the Australia‑headquartered team.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of commercial web development or UI engineering experience.
• Customer‑first mindset with a passion for web standards and user experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross‑functional and regional stakeholders.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setting and adapt to global collaboration needs.

• Fundamental SEO best practices
• Experience with Storyblok (preferred)
• Familiarity with Netlify (preferred)
• Proficiency in using Figma for design hand‑off
