Goods In & Out Operative – Warehouse Role

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Goods In & Out Operative to join our Wymbush warehouse. You will play a key part in loading finished Brioche Pasquier products onto hauliers and receiving incoming deliveries, ensuring smooth flow of goods across our 24‑hour operation.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload containers, lorries and vans safely using appropriate handling equipment.
• Receive, check, sort and store incoming raw materials, finished products, machinery and spare parts.
• Stack packaged items on pallets or in designated storage areas, operating forklifts or ride‑on trucks where required.
• Maintain high hygiene and safety standards through regular cleaning, good housekeeping and proper waste disposal.
• Work flexible shift patterns, including evenings and weekends, to support 24‑hour business needs.

Required profile

• Positive, flexible “can‑do” attitude and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (licence or willingness to be trained).
• Ride‑on truck operation (licence or willingness to be trained).
