Governance and Pension Solutions Consultant

About the role

Join WTW’s Governance and Pensions Solutions (GPS) team as a Consultant, supporting prestigious clients with high‑quality pension governance and outsourcing services. You will work in a collaborative environment that values work‑life balance while delivering on the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide lead‑consultant support across a portfolio of clients, covering secretarial, governance and outsourcing services.
• Attend client meetings regularly, assist on governance matters and take minutes.
• Support wider consulting teams on ongoing and ad‑hoc client projects.
• Deliver agreed workstreams on time and within budget.
• Adhere to service standards, fee agreements and budget constraints.
• Ensure timely client billing for your portfolio.

Required profile

• Previous experience with defined benefit (DB), defined contribution (DC) or hybrid pension schemes.
• Background in pension secretariat and governance.
• Strong technical knowledge of pension governance and consulting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced organisation and manage multiple client relationships.
• Exceptional organisational skills and prioritisation ability.
• Experience managing member cases such as discretions, S125s and IDRPs is advantageous.
