Graduate Account Executive

About the role

We are seeking a recent graduate to join our growing marketing agency as a Graduate Account Executive. This hybrid role in Maldon offers hands‑on training in paid media and digital marketing, giving you real responsibility from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, setup and delivery of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimise settings and prepare client performance reports.
• Conduct audience, market and competitor research to inform strategy.
• Assist in the day‑to‑day management of multiple client accounts.
• Collaborate closely with senior colleagues to ensure successful campaign execution.

Required profile

• Recent degree in Mathematics, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Marketing or a similar analytical subject.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop in digital marketing.
